We all have experienced distress in our lives as well as moments of hope and joy. Our life experiences have shaped how we view ourselves and others around us. Despite our circumstances, we all have the ability to move forward one step at a time.

As your therapist I hope to provide a safe haven for you to come as you are. I want to meet you with trust, acceptance, compassion and empathy. Within this judgement free space, the partnership between the therapist and client plays a huge role in positive change. Together we will collaborate on goals that best fit you and what you value as progress and success in your life.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that sees individuals, couples and families from a holistic, systemic viewpoint. We are all impacted by the relationships we have within our families, culture and society. Whether I meet with one person, family or couple I strive to help them explore constructive coping tools to navigate unpredictable dynamics that surround them.

After experiencing multiple losses within my own life as well as the joy of raising my own family, I realized life is precious. I left my previous corporate career with a new passion to become a therapist. I have a desire to serve others, while walking beside them with encouragement to find the best life they can live for themselves. Lotus Counseling Group’s tagline is “Our passion is people”. Individual and Couples Counseling = 50-60 mins = $150

Family Counseling = 50-60 mins = $180

Pre-marital Counseling = $150

Lotus Place is out-of-network. While we do not accept insurance, we can provide a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
