Clinical Supervision
Dr. Pearl Wong is an AAMFT Clinical Supervisor and a Marriage & Family Therapist Associate Professor for Pfeiffer University on the Charlotte Campus. She offers supervision to LMFTA and LPCA on their journey to learn and become self-aware clinicians in systemic family therapy. She is passionate about systemic models, diversity and cultural issues, and self-of-the-therapist work.
Case Consultation
Our biggest gain can be from our own failures and mistakes. Taking a step back, reflecting, and being open to continue to learn lessons and being open to what others can teach us can be our biggest asset. Lotus Place will host bi-monthly case consultations for clinicians. These groups are by invitation only. Space is limited.

Presentations & Lectures
Lotus Counseling Group has a strong interest in working with marginalized groups and for mounting efforts to train counselors to increase multicultural inclusion. The team has presented for in-state, national and international conferences on topics of empathy building, diversity, resiliency, difficult clients, and ethical leadership. These topics include ethics in clinical practice, servant leadership, cultural diversity & leadership, family systems, development in the life cycle, adventure-based counseling, clinical supervision, and crisis-intervention.
